Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid are two of the most in-demand supermodels in the business right now. They’ve walked the runway at New York Fashion Week and have been featured in spreads for Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and Allure. So it’s no surprise that W Magazine snapped the two supermodels for their 10th anniversary issue.
But there’s something about the spread that just doesn’t seem right.
Where are their knees?!
The Photoshop fail took Twitter by storm.
I feel terrible making fun of Kendall or Gigi now, knowing they're physically disabled. I can't even imagine being born without knees. pic.twitter.com/uWglwnWC2V
A spokesperson for W Magazine told BuzzFeed: The images of Kendall and Gigi are part of a project by artists Lizzie Fitch and Ryan Trecartin, who are known for their deliberate use of digital technology, combining distortions with makeup and prosthetics.
